The ranch consists of three main buildings- the lodge and two guest houses. The lodge is mainly one large room, open to the bay on the west and a lawn courtyard to the east. Two guest houses help create the courtyard. Traditional island style and materials were inspiration for this project. Local talent was involved in all aspects of the work, including fabrication and painting of custom designed furniture for the project.
