Federal Hill

This new townhouse in Federal Hill was built on a narrow lot that was vacant for over 20 years.  Our goal was to respect the proportions of the neighboring houses, while creating an elegant, functional, and sunny house for the client. Featured in “Baltimore Style” magazine 2012
